How much does delivery cost? 

Delivery is £49.99 to UK mainland for our Zip Wire Kits due to the heavy weight, other products are free shipping. 

How long does delivery take? 

All orders are made to measure and will be usually dispatched within 3 days of receiving your order. We aim to dispatch all zip wire kits as soon as possible so most kits will be be delivered within 3-5 days of ordering. 

What service is used for shipping? 

We use DHL next day to ensure all items are received to you as soon as possible. 

Do you offer a Saturday delivery? 

Yes! As all of our zip wire kits for gardens are dispatched using DHL, most zip wire kits can be delivered on a Saturday if the dispatch day is on a Friday.
